Orders and Delivery
The information on the store's website, including product descriptions, technical and functional specifications, and prices, does not constitute an offer by the Seller under the Civil Code but serves as an invitation for buyers to submit offers to conclude a sales contract.
Before placing an order, the buyer must read these terms and conditions, as well as the information specified in Section 5 below, which will be displayed as a message at the final stage of completing the electronic form. This step precedes the buyer's confirmation of their intent to conclude a contract by clicking the "Place Order and Pay" button. Upon reviewing the gathered information specific to their order, the buyer expresses their intent to conclude a contract by clicking "Place Order and Pay."
Orders are placed either after creating an account or by filling out a form with shipping and delivery address details available on the store's website.
To place an order, the buyer selects a product and adds it to the cart by clicking "Add to Cart." After completing the order, selecting a delivery method, and choosing a payment option, the buyer submits the order form to the Seller. By submitting the order, the buyer makes an offer to the Seller to conclude a sales contract for the ordered products.
Before submitting the order, the buyer is informed of:
After the order is placed, the Seller sends a confirmation of order receipt and acceptance for processing to the buyer’s email address.
A detailed description of the product and its features;
The total price of the selected product(s), including taxes;
Delivery costs and any additional expenses related to the order;
The delivery method and timeframe;
The method and timeframe for fulfillment by the store.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order if the information provided by the buyer in the purchase form is incomplete or incorrect. In such cases, the Seller will attempt to contact the buyer via email or phone to correct the data. If contact with the buyer cannot be established, or if the buyer fails to respond within seven days, the order will be canceled.
A VAT invoice is issued for every order.
Deliveries are made internationally.
Orders will be processed within the timeframe specified in the product description on the store's website or in the order confirmation.
On the day the order is shipped, the Seller will send a shipping confirmation to the buyer’s email. When multiple items are ordered, they are packed together in one shipment.
The buyer should inspect the delivered parcel at the time of delivery and in the presence of the courier, according to the standard procedures for such deliveries.
The right to withdraw from the contract is governed by Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"). According to Article 38(3) of the Act, the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely or outside the business premises does not apply to contracts involving non-prefabricated goods made to the consumer's specifications or customized to their individual needs. Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU prohibits national legislation from granting the right of withdrawal for contracts involving the delivery of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
