Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our Loyalty Program! Every customer is automatically enrolled upon making their first purchase. Here’s how it works:

1. Earning Points

• For every 1 PLN spent, you will earn 1 point. This is a promotional offer valid until December 31, 2024. After this period, for every 1 PLN spent, you will earn 1 point (points are credited within 24 hours of order payment).

• The system automatically tracks and updates your points balance based on the value of each transaction.

• Points are accrued with every purchase, excluding restricted items.
   

2. Redeeming Points

• You can purchase any product in our store using accumulated points instead of currency.

• To redeem loyalty points for a product, enter the number of points you wish to use in the order checkout window and click the "Apply Reward" button. The discount will be applied after clicking the button.

• Each product has a point value assigned based on its price in PLN – every 1 PLN is equivalent to 15 points.

• Products can only be purchased entirely with points or entirely with currency. Partial payment with points and currency is not permitted.
   

3. Conditions

• Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Points cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

• Items purchased with points are not eligible for earning additional points.

• If you return a product, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
   

4. General Information

• Loyalty points expire 3 months after the date they were earned and will remain in your account until used or account closure.

• The program applies to transactions in any currency supported by sztukakrzyzowa.com.

• Certain products may be excluded from the program at the Seller's discretion or due to legal requirements.
